Sometimes the body is in a state of ‘imbalance’ following illness or injury, disease or stress and energy pathways are blocked preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology helps restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing. One of the wonders of Reflexology is that it can bring about the same sensations of relaxation and restfulness that a full body massage can produce and therefore it can be considered most useful in the treatment of stress.

I have been a Reflexologist since 2001 and never fail to be amazed by what a wonderful treatment it is.   I was a full member of the Association of Reflexologists for many years and ran a support group for other therapists. I have let this lapse since I moved to Scotland a few years ago as I have trained in many different therapies but I always seem to return to Reflexology!

Reflexology sessions

I work from a dedicated room in my home in a quiet village close to North Berwick, Dunbar and East Linton.

From Friday 10th May 2019 I will also be offering morning sessions at The Barefoot Sanctuary, Melbourne Place, North Berwick.

If you really want to see if reflexology can make a difference to your health and well being then a course of 6 regular sessions works well. After that treatments  can be more spread out but still provide the benefits.
