Mindfully Energised- Focused Sessions
Individually tailored sessions to:
- Get clarity on what you want from your life using mindfulness as a tool
- Learn to meditate
- Learn a bit about your brain, why your mind is so busy and what to do about it.
- Build a toolbox of techniques that you can use any time/anywhere help reduce stress, return to calm and increase energy and vitality.
- Look at ways of changing old habits and releasing belief and behavioral patterns that keep have kept you feeling stuck..
- Recharge your inner batteries and learn how to keep them that way.
You will also receive:
- Handouts and recordings of some meditations.
- Support emails after each session with a review and sign posting to further resources.
How long will it take?
Try a Discovery Session to learn some basics and see what you think. If you’d like to continue, then 4 more sessions will give you a good grounding, reduce stress and anxiety levels and give you some useful techniques to integrate into your life. As we work together, you’ll be surprised just how quickly you can start feeling better and happier within yourself!
